Cancellation conditions:
Free cancellation is possible up to 3 months prior to arrival. Cancellation received after that time are subject to Austrian Hotel Contractin Conditions.
Of course we make every effort to rent out the cancelled Chalet to other guests, saving unwanted costs both for you and us.
In cases of early departure, or late arrival the total booking price will be charged.
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
