We do not accept credit and debit cards . Bringing pets is not welcome!
Cancellation policy:
a cancellation free of charge is possible until 3 months before the date of arrival.
In case of cancellation after this date, the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions shall be deemed agreed.
Of course, we try to rent vacant apartments to avoid expenses for you and us.
In case of early departure/delayed arrival we have to charge the full amount.
