The newly built cottage was completed for the winter season 2016/2017. The luxury chalet in Saalbach, Florianiweg 309, offers comfortable space for 8 – 10 people. It combines friendly charm with modern amenities. Due to its central yet quiet location, the cottage is wonderful for families and friends.

The vacation home is only about ten minutes walk from the center of Saalbach and a few steps from the supermarket with bakery; and to the nearest bus stop is five minutes.

The optimal location of the luxury chalet in Saalbach Hinterglemm offers ideal access to the main lifts of the region. So in winter you have the extensive Skicircus with 270 kilometers of slopes almost on your doorstep. Off the slopes, numerous cross-country ski trails and winter hiking trails promise variety. The summer invites you to hike, bike and mountain bike. Families explore the adventure trails and adventure mountains of the region.
